Room Preservation
Please use the room and all its contents with care and cleanliness. If any damage occurs to the room or its furnishings, the hotel reserves the right to charge compensation costs.
Balcony
Throwing any items outside from the balcony or window is strictly prohibited. Please do not sit/climb on the balcony railing.
Guest Quietness
Please keep noise levels down from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The use of loudspeakers, loud noises, and any behavior that disturbs the peace of other guests is strictly prohibited.
Room Key Card
The room key card is strictly for the registered guest. If the card is lost, please notify Reception immediately.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, except in designated smoking rooms. If smoking regulations are violated, cleaning and smoke odor removal fees will be charged to your account.
Room Furnishings
Please do not take any room items (towels, linens, vases, appliances, etc.) out of the room.
Safety & Fire Extinguisher
The use of candles, heaters, independent gas appliances, or any hazardous equipment inside the room is prohibited. Please follow hotel staff instructions in the event of a fire alarm.
Room Cleaning
Rooms are cleaned daily by the Housekeeping department. If you place a "Do Not Disturb" sign, staff will not enter the room without permission.
Environmental Protection
Please use water and electricity wisely. When leaving the room, turn off the lights and unnecessary appliances.
Visitors
Only individuals registered in the hotel records are permitted to stay in the room. Bringing extra guests into the room requires permission and approval from Reception.

For room service, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, or any other requests, please contact Reception.
Children
Please do not leave children unattended in the room or balcony. Parents bear full responsibility for the safety of their children.
